iGlobal Services - Recruiter Partnership Agreement

Effective Date:

This Recruiter Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is made between iGlobal Services LLC, a Texas-based company ("Company"), and the undersigned Recruiter ("Recruiter").


1. Purpose of the Agreement

This Agreement outlines the terms under which the Recruiter may source, refer, or submit candidates to iGlobal Services for job placements and projects with iGlobal or its clients.


2. Recruiter Obligations

  • Submit qualified candidates with accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Ensure all candidates are informed and consent to being submitted.

  • Use the provided recruiter dashboard and follow standard submission guidelines.

  • Adhere to the agreed timelines, response SLAs, and professional communication standards.


3. Candidate Ownership

  • Recruiter has candidate ownership for 180 days from submission.

  • If a candidate is submitted by multiple recruiters, the ownership will be assigned based on the earliest complete submission in iGlobal’s database.


4. Commission Structure & Payouts

  • Commission is between 15% to 50% of iGlobal’s net fee, depending on role type and complexity.

  • Payment is made 30–45 business days after successful placement and after candidate completes the required guarantee period (typically 30–90 days).

  • No commission will be paid for duplicate or disqualified submissions.


5. Confidentiality & Non-Solicitation

  • All client and candidate information is confidential.

  • Recruiter agrees not to solicit or directly approach iGlobal clients or internal staff for business for a period of 12 months after termination.


6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.

  • Termination does not affect commissions due for candidates already placed.


7. Compliance

  • Recruiter must comply with all applicable labor laws, privacy standards, and anti-discrimination policies.

  • Use of misleading, fraudulent, or unethical recruiting practices will result in immediate termination.


8. Independent Contractor Status

Recruiter operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, or legal representative of iGlobal Services.


9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Collin County, Texas.


10. Acceptance & Signature

By signing this Agreement, the Recruiter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
