1. Community & Outreach Manager

- Location: Remote USA or INDIA
Responsibilities
- Build and engage a global digital community
- Manage satsangs, seva opportunities, and volunteer programs
- Create meaningful collaborations with like-hearted organizations
- Serve as a spiritual brand ambassador on and offline
Requirements
- Have experience in nonprofit, community building, or spiritual organizations
- Speak/write with empathy and clarity
- Believe in the power of faith, service, and collective healing
2. Pharmacist
- Location: Remote / On-site (Location-specific)
- Type: Contract / Volunteer
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on prescription and over-the-counter medicines for Shukrana’s wellness shop and community health offerings
- Ensure safe, ethical dispensing of Ayurvedic, herbal, and pharmaceutical products
- Collaborate with our wellness and counseling team to create holistic care packages
- Maintain inventory, dosage accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Are a licensed pharmacist with knowledge of both modern and traditional medicines
- Believe in integrating science with spirituality and self-healing
- Are detail-oriented, responsible, and deeply respectful of patients’ diverse beliefs
- Have experience in a clinical, wellness, or remote consultation environment
3. Nurse / Healthcare Provider
- Location: Remote / On-site (Location-specific)
- Type: Contract / Volunteer
Responsibilities
- Provide basic health guidance and first-line support through Shukrana’s community wellness initiatives
- Support spiritual and physical wellness efforts during donation drives, seva clinics, and live events
- Maintain patient records, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure ethical, respectful care
- Work closely with the spiritual counselors to address holistic well-being—mind, body, and soul
Requirements
- Hold a valid nursing license or healthcare certification
- Have 2+ years of patient-facing experience in clinics, camps, or wellness settings
- Are empathetic, intuitive, and spiritually aware in your caregiving approach
- Can assist with both in-person and virtual wellness initiatives when needed
